We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returns can be made by mail or at any Laura or Melanie Lyne store location.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within Canada. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Laura Canada only ships to addresses within Canada and the United States. Please ensure you select the correct region at checkout to see applicable shipping rates and duties.
How can I determine my correct size?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. Our collections include Petites, Plus, and Plus Petite sizes to ensure a perfect fit for every silhouette. If you are between sizes, we recommend checking the specific garment measurements provided.
