We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of the order date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all original hangtags and labels are still attached to the clothing.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid Canada Post shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any Canada Post location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
